What is the return policy?

Yes! We can produce the top table size of your SmartDeskLift desk to suit your room.
What is the weight capacity of SmartDeskLift desks?
Our desks support up to Pro Series: 265 lbs(120 kg) - Core Series: 175 lbs(80 kg) of evenly distributed weight, making them ideal for multi-monitor setups and heavy equipment.
Are the desks easy to assemble?
Yes! All SmartDeskLift desks come with a step-by-step instruction manual and can be assembled in about 15–30 minutes using basic tools. If there is no installation guide or you do not understand, you can request the installation video.
Does the desk come with a warranty?
Yes, all SmartDeskLift desks include a 5-year limited warranty covering the frame and motor system.
How quiet is the motor when adjusting the height?
Our whisper-quiet motor operates at less than 42 decibels, ensuring smooth and silent transitions throughout the day.
Can I save my preferred height settings?
Yes! The desk controller features memory presets so you can save up to 3 custom height levels for quick access.
Can I use the desk with dual or ultra-wide monitors?
Absolutely. Our desks are 180x80 cm (70.8"x31.5"), providing enough space for multiple monitors and accessories.
Is the desk suitable for both home and office use?
Yes, SmartDeskLift is designed for home offices, corporate workspaces, gamers, and creatives who value ergonomics.
Can I install the control panel on the side?
Yes, the tabletop comes with pre-drilled guide holes for control panel installation, but you can also mount it anywhere else on the desk according to your preference.
Can you ship the desk without a cable cover?
All of our desks in stock come with a built-in cable cover. If you prefer a version without it, you would need to place a custom order and mention this request in the order notes.
What is the difference between single motor(Core) and dual motor(Pro) models?
The single motor SmartLift Core model can move within a height range of 76–120 cm (29.9"–47.2") and has a weight capacity of 80 kg (176 lbs).
The dual motor SmartLift Pro model, on the other hand, offers a wider height range of 62.5–120 cm (24.6"–47.2") and supports up to 120 kg (265 lbs) in weight capacity.
Can I get more information about the motor?
Our SmartLift Core model is equipped with a single motor and has a load capacity of up to 80 kg (176 lbs) while in motion.
In contrast, the SmartLift Pro model features dual motors hidden within each leg column, providing a stronger lifting capacity of up to 120 kg (265 lbs).
