Order Processing Time
At SmartDeskLift, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 within the continental United States. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@smartdesklift.com.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@smartdesklift.comΒ We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
Shipping Restrictions

For orders orders, including those shipped to Canada and USA, any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected upon delivery.
